Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, as processing begins immediately after purchase.
However, once your order has been delivered, you may contact our support team to initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process any approved refund.
Priority + Insured Shipping
Customers who select Priority + Insured Shipping are eligible for the following options if their package is lost during transit:

Receive a replacement shipment at no additional cost; or

Request a full refund.
Customers who select Free Shipping or Priority Processing will receive a replacement shipment if their package is lost during transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
VELOR COLLECTIVE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout.
Please ensure that both your billing and shipping information are accurate before placing your order.
If a shipping error occurs due to our mistake, we will take full responsibility and replace the order free of charge.
Customs Fees & Import Duties
VELOR COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges incurred after your order has been shipped.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
